Ken Budgell, BKin (hons), DC
Dr. Ken Budgell completed his bachelor of Kinesiology with honors at Memorial University and continued on to graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with clinical honors and on the deans list.
Ken's style of treatment centers on improving performance and function using the most recent evidence. This starts by finding the true cause of the pain or complaint whether it be an injured joint, muscle, nerve or faulty biomechanics. From there function is improved through specific exercises, workplace and lifestyle changes.
Treatment methods include manipulation, mobilization, soft tissue techniques, rehabilitation exercises, ergonomic evaluations and orthotic prescriptions. Outside of the clinic Ken enjoys running, weight training, coaching gymnastics and reading new research.
